Thanks to perfect logistics, all pre-assembled components of a KTM come together at our four assembly lines. Here, our experienced employees – many of whom have been with us for decades – assemble up to 450 motorcycles a day. After assembly, every new KTM undergoes a complete functional check-up on the test stand. Just to err on the side of caution every single KTM engine is also put onto an engine test bed to guaranty the perfect performance even under the roughest conditions. Only then it is ready for worldwide shipment.
