| On March 5th 2009 a change of interest was notified to KTM Power Sports AG.

As of closing of the capital increase on March 4th 2009, CROSS Industries AG, Edisonstrasse 1, 4600 Wels, controlled by Stefan Pierer and Rudolf Knünz, who themselves are the respective sole shareholders and managing directors of the Pierer GmbH and the Knünz GmbH, holds 3.676.533 shares of KTM Power Sports AG.
CROSS Industries AG therefore now holds shares and voting rights of around 48.50% of KTM Power Sports AG.
Consequently, CROSS Industries AG holds voting rights and share in the capital stock of KTM Power Sports AG of more than 45%, but not more than 50%.
